Apply to Be a Part of The 2026 Mayor’s Christmas Parade!
Participant applications will open on July 1, 2026, and close on October 31, 2026. We welcome a wide variety of participants, including musical and dance performance groups, community organizations, historic and novelty vehicles, and more.
Please note that participation is not guaranteed. Due to time constraints and limited funding availability, we may not be able to accommodate all applicants; however, we will make every effort to include as many groups as possible. All applications are subject to review and approval by the Parade Committee. Applicants will be notified of their acceptance or denial via email.
To apply for the 2026 Mayor’s Christmas Parade, please complete the participant entry form below. By submitting an application, you confirm that you are an authorized representative of your organization and that you have read, understand, and agree to comply with all 2026 Mayor’s Annual Christmas Parade Participation Guidelines (link coming soon!)
We strongly encourage you to review the guidelines carefully, as they outline important information, including participant requirements, day-of-parade rules and procedures, expectations for conduct, parade formation and spacing, safety protocols, and more.
Entry Fee:
Nonprofit organizations and community groups may participate at no cost. Private businesses are required to pay a $250 entry fee.
